Individuals are evaluated for insurance coverage and means to pay. Individuals without health insurance coverage are eligible for payments on a sliding-fee scale. Using total household income, staff will determine the level of financial obligation for each patient on a sliding fee scale.

This scale is available only for Kansas residents. Verification of income using tax returns, pay stubs or other documentation will be expected, along with proof of home address using a recent utility bill, for example.
