KUHP maintains an active data base of Advanced Practice Nurses and Allied Health Specialists. If you are interested in direct care services we will conduct an onsite evaluation of your clinical needs, including an analysis of your capacity for receiving reimbursement for clinical services. An inventory of the nature of the work to be performed, the personality and knowledge, skills, and abilities required, and any other special requirements that would influence the success of a placed candidate.

Typically, KUHP partners with clients on an extended term basis only (one year or longer). Ideally, they will recruit, screen, and present three candidates for your review. Unlike some placement agencies, KUHP only presents candidates that they believe meet your exact specifications. The candidates may vary in terms of experience and style, but that is to present you with as much choice as possible.

KUHP will prepare a standard contract that specifies the nature and terms of work.
